Christmas ordering dates...
The Christmas holidays are fast approaching. We’ve been working our socks off this year and are looking forward to putting our feet up, stoking the fire and enjoying a few days off.
This does mean that this will effect our online orders. So as not to cause any disappointment we have put all the dates that you will need to know below. Thank you.
December
The last ordering date for UK delivery is the 19th December 9:00am. International orders 3rd December. If you place an order after this time then we can not guarantee our usual working days delivery period and orders after the 21st will not be packed until we resume our normal service on the 2nd January.
Last ordering day:Contacting us: Our office will be closed from December 21st - 2nd of January. .
* Please ensure that you have given us the correct delivery address in full to help us get you your tea.
** If you reside in a remote part of the UK please allow an additional day for delivery for both standard and premium services.
If your tea has not arrived in the standard delivery period, we would suggest popping next door, we're sure you'll find your neighbour sipping one of our or your new teas!
If your tea is not being enjoyed by your neighbour then please contact us, your order may have been misplaced or gone to the wrong address.
If you fancy a chat and want to call us please make sure that it’s between 9-5pm Mon-Fri, we do not work weekends as we are firm belivers in spending time with our families! But send us an email and we will act on it bright and early Monday morning.
